RehubMap: модель планування реабілітаційних послуг у громадах
RehubMap — аналітично-адвокаційний проєкт, який має поєднати дані про потреби населення, наявні послуги та інфраструктуру для системного планування реабілітаційної підтримки у громадах.
Goal:
Develop an evidence-based model for planning rehabilitation support and identify gaps between the population’s needs and available resources.
Key Activities
- needs assessment in at least 50 communities;
- analysis of existing services, infrastructure, and capacity;
- GAP analysis and identification of key gaps;
- preparation of an analytical report and a policy brief;
- expert consultations, an online forum, and a public discussion of the recommendations.
Target Groups
Representatives of LGBs, social and rehabilitation institutions, CSOs, veterans’ organizations, experts, and service providers. The ultimate beneficiaries are veterans, IDPs, people with disabilities, war victims, and their family members.
Expected result
Communities will receive data and practical guidance for planning services, developing programs, advocating for change, and securing funding.
Get involved: Communities, institutions, civil society organizations, veterans' organizations, and experts can provide data or participate in discussions.
The project is being implemented with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation as part of the “Impulse” project, which is being carried out in cooperation with the Eastern Europe Foundation and with the support of the governments of Norway (Norad) and Sweden (Sida).
