Main directions of the project

1. Development of development strategies. Preparation of development strategies and digital strategies in 32 areas of community life with the involvement of residents, local governments and experts.
2. Analytics and research. Conducting analytical work and research to identify the current needs of communities, form informed development priorities, and support decision-making processes.
3. Library of projects and feasibility studies. Library of reuse projects and development of feasibility studies for priority community projects to increase their investment attractiveness.
4. Digital communication platform. All action plans for the implementation of community strategies in Ukraine are collected in one place. A digital space for dialogue between local governments, residents, experts, donors and investors.
