Realization of the project “Implementation of Energy Supply Stabilization Systems in Ukrainian Settlements”

The NGO “Logistics Center for Community Development” is carrying out the project “Implementation of Systems to Stabilize Energy Supply in Ukrainian Communities”. The project was initiated by the Analytical and Engineering Centers of the NGO "Logistics Center for Community Development"

Project Overview:

• Formation of a register of community requests by the Analytical Center on the implementation of systems to stabilize energy supply in Ukrainian communities by the winter of 2026. As of today (August 3, 2026), 42 communities are covered, and data has been compiled on 93 projects. Throughout August 2026, it is planned to compile data on 700 projects at the request of the communities.
• Compiling a registry of potential equipment suppliers and contractors for design, construction, and installation work. To date, the Engineering Center has established communication with energy-sector associations and companies, and a team capable of implementing the Project is being formed.

• Organizing the supply of power generation equipment and the implementation of local projects Implementation of systems to stabilize the energy supply to Ukrainian communities by the winter of 2026.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that no one can fully imagine how difficult the coming winter will be due to the constant threats and attacks on the energy grid. He made these remarks in late July 2026 in an interview with Sky News: “First and foremost, we'll have to prepare for a very harsh winter. No one can imagine what it will be like. It could be difficult — or even worse. It will depend on our partners and on us.”
