Strategic documents were formed together with <strong>digital community development models<\/strong>, which allow the strategy to be used not only as a text document, but as a practical management tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Work on strategies is carried out using the <strong>CLS<\/strong> digital platform, which covers 32 areas of community life and ensures the involvement of residents and local governments in determining development priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, the resource center team was strengthened, which made it possible to expand the scope of work and reach a larger number of communities. The support of the International Renaissance Foundation within the framework of the Impulse project allowed us to attract additional specialists to our team and ensure systematic work with strategic planning and digital models of community development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Status of community development strategies in 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved strategies and digital models:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dariv territorial community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Starovyzhiv territorial community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public discussions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hnizdychiv territorial community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Final stage of development:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ustilug territorial community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zaturtsivska territorial community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ovadnivska territorial community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the development process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Korosten territorial community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0412\u0438\u0448\u043d\u0456\u0432\u0441\u044c\u043a\u0430 \u0442\u0435\u0440\u0438\u0442\u043e\u0440\u0456\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0430 \u0433\u0440\u043e\u043c\u0430\u0434\u0430;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seversko-Donetsk territorial community&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How we work with strategies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The resource center provides communities with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">digital <strong>strategy builder<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a survey tool for residents and local governments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analytics and dashboards based on survey results;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the possibility of further monitoring the implementation of the strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>training, support and consultations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">This approach allows communities to move from formal strategic documents to <strong>living and transparent development management mechanisms<\/strong> that can be updated, analyzed, and used in daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For public organizations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">If you are a <strong>civil society organization<\/strong> and want to initiate the development of a development strategy for your community, you can contact our resource center.
