1. Subject of procurement

Purchase of Bluetti portable charging stations or equivalent.
Quantity: 6 (six) units.
Expected purchase price: UAH 186,000.00.

2. Purpose of the purchase

Ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of the organization's team during power outages within the framework of the implementation of the grant project "Energy resilience and mental resilience of the team during emergency conditions."

3. Indicative technical requirements

The portable charging station must comply with the following minimum requirements:

• Battery capacity — not less than 700 Wh
• Device power — no less than 700 W
• Battery type — LiFePO₄ or equivalent
• Availability of outputs: 220V, USB-A, USB-C
• Possibility of charging from a 220V network
• Overload and short circuit protection
• Warranty — no less 12 місяців
• New product, never used

It is permissible to offer equivalent equipment provided that the technical specifications are fully met or exceeded.

4. Terms of delivery

– Delivery time: up to 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
– Place of delivery: Ukraine (delivery by postal operator).
– Payment terms: non-cash payment by prepayment.

5. Requirements for participants

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who operate in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and have experience in supplying similar equipment are invited to participate in the tender.

6. List of documents

1) Commercial offer indicating the price and a brief description of the product;
2) Copies of registration documents;
3) Contact details of the responsible person.

7. Evaluation criteria

– Price;
– Compliance with the subject of procurement;
– Terms of supply.
