Developing the potential of the NGO "Center for Community Development Logistics" - a resource center for communities

The project is aimed at strengthening the institutional and analytical capacity of the NGO "Center for Community Development Logistics" as a resource center for communities. Within the framework of the project, the organization is moving from fragmented activities to a systemic management model, developing internal procedures, strengthening the team and forming permanent functional units. This allows the Resource Center to work with a larger number of communities at the same time, providing comprehensive support - from needs analysis to the preparation of infrastructure and investment projects.
Project goal:to ensure sustainable organizational development of the Resource Center and increase its capacity to provide communities with high-quality analytical, strategic, and infrastructure and investment support.

Long-term effect
The project creates a sustainable institutional framework for the Resource Center's activities, allowing the organization to work systematically, transparently, and at scale, improving the quality of community support and the efficiency of resource use in recovery and development processes.

The project is being implemented within the framework of the Impulse Project, which is implemented by the International Renaissance Foundation and the Eastern Europe Foundation with funding from Norway (Norad) and Sweden (Sida).
