Development of community development strategies. Project within the CLS Ukraine platform
The project involves developing strategies for the development of territorial communities using digital tools and analytics. In parallel with the preparation of a paper strategy, the project team creates a digital twin of community development for 10–15 years ahead, which allows the strategy to be used not only as a text document, but as a practical development management tool.
The work is carried out using the CLS digital platform, which covers 32 areas of community life and ensures the involvement of residents and local governments in determining development priorities.
Goal: to form a holistic, well-founded vision of community development and ensure the transition from formal strategic documents to living development management mechanisms.
What does the community get?
- community development strategy;
- a digital model (digital twin) of community development for 10–15 years;
- analytics and dashboards based on survey results;
- tools for further monitoring of strategy implementation;
- training, support and consultations.
Geography: the entire territory of Ukraine.
How to get involved. The community must be ready:
- work with the digital tools of the CLS platform.
- undergo a survey of 32 areas of life;
- ensure that surveys of residents and local governments are conducted;
- identify responsible persons for each area.
