The team of the PO "Logistics center for commynity development" took part in the networking of grantees of the "Impulse" project in Kyiv

For three days, our colleague Oksana Baranovskaya participated in a live professional exchange, working on the topics of partnerships, stakeholder engagement, team effectiveness, and psychological resilience of organizations.

It was a space for deep conversations and practical insights that sustainable projects are built not only on tools and KPIs, but above all on trust, empathy, and strong teams. It is these kinds of meetings that shape new ideas and partnerships for community development.
