This month, our team continues to develop within the framework of the "Impulse" project.

We participated in the training "Democratic Governance in Public Organizations: The Role and Responsibility of the Board" from the Renaissance Foundation. This is an important opportunity to strengthen internal processes, increase the transparency and efficiency of the NGO's work.

We also joined the meeting in Kyiv — “From Challenges to Solutions: Adaptation through Strategy, Resources, and MEAL.”

Simultaneously, thanks to the support of the Renaissance Foundation, we have started working with interns and are expanding our team. We can already see how motivated and engaged young professionals are. They are actively involved in community development, mastering CLS tools, and strengthening our team.
