Analytics and research of community needs. Project within the CLS Ukraine platform
Within the framework of the project, the resource center conducts its own analytical research into the needs of territorial communities and their residents, and also provides an analytical base and digital tools for conducting research by local governments (LGs) and civil society organizations (CSOs).
Analytical work includes surveying residents, analyzing community requests, and preparing analytical reports that become the basis for strategic planning, forming digital development models, and preparing project solutions.
Goal:: provide communities, local governments, and civil society organizations with reliable analytics to determine development priorities and prepare informed strategic and project decisions.
What we do within the direction
- conduct our own research into the needs of communities and residents;
- organize and support surveys of residents and target groups;
- prepare analytical reports and summaries for communities;
- form a database that is used in strategic planning and project preparation;
- provide analytical framework and digital tools for local governments and CSOs to conduct their own research.
This allows local governments and CSOs
- independently initiate research according to one's own needs;
- conduct surveys of residents and target groups;
- collect and analyze structured data;
- use the results to prepare strategies, projects and funding applications;
- reduce the cost of time and resources for organizing research.
