Library of projects and feasibility studies. Project within the CLS Ukraine platform
The project involves the creation of a library of reuse projects and the preparation of feasibility studies (FES) for infrastructure and social projects of territorial communities.
The project aims to ensure that communities do not waste resources and time, but can use proven design solutions adapted to their needs. All collected and developed projects are accumulated in a single library and become available to local governments (LGs) and civil society organizations (CSOs). Projects are formed in compliance with the principles of the Green Deal, energy efficiency, sustainable development and rational use of resources.
Goal:: provide communities with access to high-quality, strategically sound, and fund-ready project solutions that can be quickly scaled and implemented.
What does the direction include?
- formation of a library of reuse projects;
- collection of ready-made design solutions and development of new ones;
- preparation of feasibility studies (FES);
- engineering calculations and 3D architectural solutions;
- consulting support for communities and CSOs - from idea to feasibility study;
- preparation of projects for submission to donor, state and investment programs.

Conditions of participation.
Before preparing the feasibility study, the community goes through the stage of forming a digital model of community development, which is based on a study of 32 areas of life. This ensures that the projects meet real needs and have a strategic justification.
